Carpe Diem Haiku Special No. 170 Michael Dylan Welch's

The moon’s late today
As the sun seems to tarry
Wild geese flying south

This clear moonlit night
The mountains feel the first frost
Cicada’s big sleep

Shooting star above
And we’re wishing like we’re kids
No one laughs us down
